If you are uncertain if you should get an assessment here is a test you can run yourself through. How many of these apply to you?

  1. Are you currently / aspiring to be an athlete, or interested in maximizing your genetic potential?
  2. Have you had any serious accidents, broken bones, or surgeries?
  3. Does your pain always come back?
  4. Have you been in pain for years without a clear idea as to why?
  5. Do you want to finally understand why you hurt and what you can do in your everyday life to minimize it.
  6. Have you been to everyone else without results?
  7. Do you have poor balance or coordination?
  8. If you take a deep breath does it start in your chest rather than your stomach?
  9. When you squat do your knees collapse toward each other, do your arches collapse?
  10. Do you feel anxious and stressed out even with small provocations?
